PM के दौरे की विदेशी मीडिया में धूम, बताया गतिशील है मोदी सरकार

पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी इन दिनों पांच देशों की यात्रा पर हैं। अफगानिस्तान और कतर की यात्रा के बाद वो स्विटजरलैंज के दौरे पर हैं। इसके बाद वो अमेरिका और मैक्सिको का दौरा करेंगे। अंतरराष्ट्रीय जगत में इस दौरे को एक बड़े परिप्रेक्ष्य में देखा जा रहा है। विदेशी मीडिया में पीएम के इस दौरे की काफी चर्चा है। मशहूर विदेशी पत्रिका द इकोनॉमिस्ट ने कहा कि पीएम मोदी के दौरे से ये साबित होता है कि भारत की मौजूदा सरकार गतिशील है। सरकार घरेलू मोर्चों के साथ-साथ अंतरराष्ट्रीय पटल पर बेहतर काम कर रही है।आइए जानने की कोशिश करते हैं कि पीएम की पांच देशों की यात्रा पर द इकोनॉमिस्ट किस नजरिए से देख रहा है।

 भारत के लिए अफगानिस्तान का मतलब

पीएम के अफगानिस्तान दौरे में सलमा बांध का उद्घाटन दोनों देशों के लिए बड़ी कामयाबी बतायी जा रही है। सलमा बांध पर पिछले एक दशक से काम चल रहा था। लेकिन अफगानिस्तान में आतंकी गतिविधियों की वजह से कई बार अड़चने आयीं। इस बांध के निर्माण के साथ ही अफगानिस्तान न केवल भारत के करीब आया है। बल्कि दुनिया में भारत ने अपनी काबिलियत का परचम भी लहराया है। इसके अलावा स्थिर अफगानिस्तान का होना भारत के लिए बेहद जरूरी है। विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि अफगानिस्तान के घरेलू मामलों में पाकिस्तान का दखल जितना कम होगा। भारत उतनी ताकत के साथ आतंकी संगठनों से मुकाबला कर सकेगा। पिछले महीने ही अफगानिस्तान और इरान ने तेहरान में चाबहार बंदरगाह को विकसित करने पर सहमति जताई थी। जिससे भारत को खाड़ी के देशों में व्यापार के लिए काफी मदद मिलेगी।  Read more http://www.jagran.com

काबुल में सुरक्षा एजेंसी के पास धमाका, 24 की मौत; 327 घायल

अफगानिस्तान के शहर काबुल में अाज सुबह सुरक्षा एजेंसी के पास एक जोरदार धमाका हुआ। बताया जा रहा है कि धमाका इतना शक्तिशाली था कि आसपास कई किलोमीटर तक इसकी आवाज सुनाई दी। अफगानिस्तान मीडिया के मुताबिक इस हमले में कम से कम 24 लोगों की मौत हो गई है जबकि 327 लोग घायल बताए जा रहे हैं। बताया जा रहा है आत्मघाती हमलावर ने कार समेत खुद को बम से उड़ा लिया। इस दौरान हमलावर और सुरक्षाबलों के बीच गोलीबारी भी हुई। अफगानिस्तान के आतंरिक मामलों के मंत्री सिदिक सिद्दिकी ने बताया है कि एक आत्मघाती हमलावर को सुरक्षाबलों ने मार गिराया है।

अफनानिस्तान पुलिस के मुताबिक तालिबान ने इस घटना की जिम्मेदारी ली है। शुरूआती जांच के बाद ये भी अनुमान लगाया जा रहा है कि ये एक आत्मघाती हमला था।

बताया जा रहा है कि जिस जगह ये हमला हुआ वो सेना का कंपाउंड था और वहां अफगानिस्तान का इंटेलिजेंस की मुख्य बिल्डिंग है । हालांकि ये हमला किसे निशाना बनाने के लिए किया गया ये अभी तक साफ नहीं है

धमाके की जगह पर भारी संख्या में पुलिसबल मौजूद है और किसी भी दूसरे संभावित आतंकी घटना को देखते हुए सुरक्षाकर्मियों को चौकन्ना रहने के निर्देश दे दिए गए हैं। Read more http://www.jagran.com/

Pak al-Qaeda chief among 5 killed in US drone strike

Umer Farooq, believed to be in charge of al-Qaeda's operations in Pakistan and Afghanistan, was killed in the strike that took place in the Khar Tangi area of Datta Khel district in the region, where the Pakistani military has been battling Taliban and al-Qaeda-linked militants since June.

A security official said Farooq was among five people killed when two missiles fired from the drone hit a compound.The compound was completely destroyed in the attack.

Also known Umer Ustad and Ustad Farooq, he was also working as al-Qaeda chief for Afghanistan and Pakistan. His killing came a day after Pakistani forces killed top al-Qaeda operative Adnan Shukrijuma in raid at a house in South Waziristan.

The chief of al-Qaeda's global operations, Shukrijuma  was wanted by the US over a 2009 plot to attack the New York subway system. Shukrijuma was among the five men indicted in the US over the plot to bomb New York's subway system under orders from al-Qaeda leaders in Pakistan.

The New York indictment links him to the Manhattan plot and a similar never-executed scheme to attack British subways,according to media reports. North Waziristan has long been used as shelter by the Taliban and al-Qaeda-linked militants and has frequently been targeted by US drones.
  
The Pakistani military launched a major offensive in North Waziristan in June and say they have killed more than 1,000 militants so far. For almost a decade, American drone strikes in Pakistan's tribal belt have been deeply unpopular with the public.Pakistani officials have publicly condemned the drone strikes, saying they violate sovereignty.

Suicide bomber hits British embassy vehicle in Afghan capital, kills at least three

The Afghan Taliban, ousted from power by a U.S.-led coalition in 2001, claimed responsibility for the attack, the latest in a wave of bombings to hit Kabul as the majority of foreign combat troops withdraw from the country by the end of the year.
             
A witness saw at least three bodies from the blast in a nearby hospital, but their nationalities were unclear.
             
Officials would not confirm any deaths on the record, though they said several bystanders were wounded.
             
"I can confirm it was a British vehicle and there are some injuries. We are working with the Afghan authorities," said the spokesman, who asked not to be identified.
             
General Ayoub Salangi, the Afghan deputy interior minister, said the bomber was riding a motorcycle.
             
The blast wounded 33 Afghan bystanders and destroyed three cars, Interior Ministry spokesman Sediq Sediqqi said.
             
Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said in a text message that a suicide bomber "targeted foreign invading forces" and many were killed and wounded.
             
On Monday, a bomb in Kabul killed two U.S. soldiers as they were travelling in their vehicle.

Mullah Fazlullah is new chief of Pakistani Taliban

इस्लामाबाद। 'मुल्ला रेडियो' के नाम से कुख्यात और मानवाधिकार कार्यकर्ता मलाला यूसुफजई को मारने का हुक्म देने वाला मुल्ला फजलुल्ला आतंकी गुट पाकिस्तानी तालिबान का नया मुखिया होगा। कमांडर अस्मतुल्ला शाहीन के हवाले से पाकिस्तानी समाचार चैनलों ने कहा है कि फजलुल्ला को तहरीक-ए-तालिबान पाकिस्तान का नया प्रमुख चुना गया है।

गत शुक्रवार को उत्तारी वजीरिस्तान कबायली क्षेत्र में अमेरिकी ड्रोन हमले में पाकिस्तानी तालिबान के प्रमुख हकीमुल्ला महसूद के मारे जाने आतंकी गुट ने फजलुल्ला को अपना मुखिया बनाया है। हालांकि दक्षिण वजीरिस्तान में बैठक के दौरान तालिबान शूरा या परिषद शुरू में खान सैयद महसूद उर्फ सजना को नया मुखिया बनाने पर सहमति थी, लेकिन नूरिस्तान से संबंधित कमांडरों के विरोध के कारण उसने फैसला वापस ले लिया था। तब तालिबान ने शहरयार महसूद और अस्मतुल्ला शाहीन को कार्यवाहक प्रमुख नियुक्त किया था। यह पहली मौका है जब पाकिस्तान तालिबान ने ऐसे शख्स को अपना नेता चुना है, जो देश के कबायली क्षेत्र से नहीं आता।

फजलुल्ला स्वात इलाके से है और उससे किसी भी तरह की शांति वार्ता की उम्मीद रखना बेमानी होगा। उसने स्वात में 2007 से 2009 के बीच बेहद नृशंस अभियान चलाया था और इस्लामी कानून का पालन कराने की कोशिश की थी। अभियान के दौरान कई स्कूलों और सार्वजनिक इमारतों में आग लगा दी गई थी। कई लोगों के सिर धड़ से अलग कर दिए गए थे। स्वात इलाके पर कब्जा करने के लिए सरकार को सैन्य अभियान चलाना पड़ा था और 2009 में सैन्य अभियान के दौरान फजलुल्ला को खदेड़ दिया गया था। तब से वह पाकिस्तान-अफगानिस्तान सीमा पर कहीं रह रहा है।

पाकिस्तान तालिबान ने खारिज किया शांति वार्ता का विचार

पेशावर। मुल्ला फजलुल्ला के पाकिस्तान तालिबान का प्रमुख बनने के साथ ही आतंकी गुट ने सरकार के साथ भविष्य में किसी भी तरह के शांति वार्ता के विचार को खारिज कर दिया है। तालिबान के प्रवक्ता शहदुल्ला शाहिद ने कहा, 'अब कोई वार्ता नहीं होगी क्योंकि मुल्ला फजलुल्ला पहले से ही पाकिस्तान सरकार के साथ किसी भी तरह के विचार-विमर्श के खिलाफ हैं।'
